SALES / RETURNS / REFUNDS

Sales: Chicago Less Lethal and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse sales or service without sharing detailed reasons.

Final Sales: All sales are final for launchers, launcher accessories, projectiles, pepper products, MyMedic kits, and upgrade services.

Shipping Responsibility: Once packages are in the care of the shipping carrier, Chicago Less Lethal and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, or confiscated packages.

SHIPPING SERVICES

Serialized Items: Serialized items require signature confirmation upon delivery. If the package has been tampered with, do not accept it and notify us for inspection and re-shipment.
